What is the return policy?
At Kouture Xtensionz, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, extensions may be eligible for exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval and the following conditions. The hair must be unused, unaltered, and in it's original packaging. Note that custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Additionally, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for hair care products or accessories. If you have any concerns or believe your extensions qualify for an exchange, please contact us
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
